I have been cutting an orange up, plus it's fun to make the orange peel smiley face every once in a while.

Ive just turned that into my desired meal plan for tomorrow time. Gets rid of the craving and sets up the next day calorie wise to overeating. I don't really eat things because I find when I feel that way.. in review, I have been eating too many processed foods, salts, fake sugars.
My following days include less of all that processed stuff and more whole fresh fruits and veggies. If that doesn't help, a piece of beef seems to top me off for a week or two to reset my system.

Here are a few things I do:

- Drink a few glasses or bottles of water
- Brush my teeth and floss so my teeth feel good
- Start planning my breakfast for the next day
drinking water is helpful, but thn i gotta pee alot brushing my teeth is the best because i hate eating with the toothpaste after taste

I make sure to eat more fibrous veggies with dinner. If I go to bed hungry, I know that my dinner went through too quickly. Fibrous foods have a way of staying in your stomach longer so that you'll still feel satisfied when you go to bed. For dinner, I usually follow a 2:1 ratio when it comes to veggies versus meat. The nice thing about veggies is that you can add more and not worry about going over your calorie limit.

Me too - skim milk. It helps to go to bed early too.

During my first year of college I gained 15lbs. I'm not even 5 feet tall so it was ALOT!!!!

I just stopped eating after 5pm. Obviously most people would be hungry again by 9pm so I enjoyed an evening snack of any two of the following:

An apple. It's really filling.

Vanilla or chocolate soy milk. 8 oz is a serving and you can sip at it and they both taste GREAT

Skim milk

Egg whites

a twizzler

a ricecake

Have a quarter cup of Trader Joes Raw Mixed Nuts (no peanuts). Or, make yourself an Almond butter and honey sandwich on whole wheat bread.
