Over the last two months I have increased tofu intake, from restaurants to grocery shopping.

I'm not a veggie, coz I'm very much a carnivore.

It's just that I've grown disillusioned with the dumb taste of GNC protein whey (I still buy them though), stuff they sell in huge white cans, which I blend with skim milk for muscle development.

I am reading some not so good articles about tofu and how soy can disturb the hormone balance of men.

Can any nutrition/body building expert shed some light? Thanks

Yes, I love Tofu, especially tofu and broccoli. I eat it now and then as I heard the same thing from a health nut. At my age I don't want to develop mammary glands as our testosterone levels diminish with age also. LOL

The only thing I have heard about soy bean is that increases estrogen in man. I don't think you want that, but I also heard that the amount is small.
