I am 5'8", weigh 158 lbs, bootcamp 3x a week plus running. My body fat is at 16% down from 22%, weight down 6 pounds since I started this regimen in September 08. I have lost a good deal of fat from my abdomen, but I still have a 'roll' I can grab quite easily right around my belly button. I have had 3 kids, gaining 40-50 pounds with each, so I am wondering, is this roll fat I can get rid of, loose skin that I am stuck with (no surgery for me), or a combination of both? And how can I tell?

Thanks.
That's the last combat zone of weight loss. You may call it final frontier.
It won't go that easily and this sense of discouragement is common to everyone on the planet.
Keep doing the cardio stuff, running. You might wanna perform in spinning classes or throw in a lot of crunches every day.
It takes a while but goes away only with persistence.
i would suggest consulting your family doctor. he or she may be able to tell you what you need to do or what can be done about the problem areas
