Hi, I'm about 5"6 or 5"7, male, and weighed about 220 pounds a few months ago. I've been lazy recently and been enjoying myself a little too much at these summer bbqs i guess, and found out when I weighed myself last night, I've gained about ten pounds..do you guys think this is noticeable at all?

The other 65 extra pounds are likely also noticeable. At your height (I'll presume you're really 5'6") you should be no more than 155.

sorry, don't mean to be rude, but I asked a specific question about a recent weight gain, and said nothing about gaining 65 pounds. I've been 220 for years, and get compliments all the time on how good looking I am.

Okay then, I doubt anybody's going to notice the extra 10 if you're 220 at 5'6". Either way they'll probably just think you're obese (which you would be if over 185).

I'm just going by the accepted definition. Whether you think you look good or not, you could be putting your health at risk being that heavy. Check with your doctor though if you don't believe me.
