I really think the extra 10 pounds might be noticeable on some and others maybe not. It depends on their build etc. I would notice it on me because when I gain, its in my stomach and I can feel it, plus pants are tighter, but possibly no one else would notice it.

I also think that the OP was asking a question if it would be noticeable on him, which would be hard to tell without knowing how he carries his weight. I don't think he asked "am I overweight" So let's be nice.

I agree with you. I have always struggled with my weight, personally, and I find that some sets of 10 pounds are more noticeable than others. When I was at my heaviest (205, eek), and I lost 10 pounds, I don't think it made much difference in how I looked. However, when I lost from 195 to 185, that was noticeable, and from 175 to 165 and 165 to 155 were very noticeable. Amazingly, I recently gained from 173 to 183 (since lost it, luckily) and a couple people asked me if I had lost weight when that happened!

So, to the OP, it really just depends. I think weight gains/losses are most noticeable when it changes the shape of your face. Once I get below a certain number, my face starts to look more oval than round. That's the difference other people notice. They don't notice if my stomach is even 2 sizes bigger/smaller if my face looks the same.
