Yanno...you need another choice. I take vitamins every day. Period. And I don't "diet". That kind of implies something temprorary.

I take several vitamins each day, plus grape leaves and fish oil and calcium.
I am retired from teaching and I want them to keep paying for as long as possible.

I voted YES. Usually only when Im cutting (fat loss) because I greatly reduce the number of calories I take in each day so as to burn as much fat as possible. When I am bulking or on a maintenance phase I usually do not take any vitamins. I make sure to have a very well rounded nutrition plan so there is no need.

If/when I do take vitamins I only take GNC's Mega Men Sport multi vitamins.

Yes. I use EAS whey protein, creatine and a multivitamin. I'm going to add glutamine to that list and possibly some L-Carnitine.

I know someone out there does not...come on...Be honest!

I know I did not when I first started dieting. The weight comes off much easier when you do. (at least for me)

What supplements were you taking, and why do you think they slowed your progress?

I meant the weight comes off much easier when you do take vitamins.

However I did see that allergy pills and sleeping pills (non herbal types) did slow loss for me.
I looked into it and it was listed as a side effect.
