Lose 54 pounds eating fast food and you, too, may become a media star.

At least that's how it's working out for 27-year-old Christine Dougherty, who held up her former "fat pants" at a press conference today, just like Subway poster boy Jared Fogle once did.

I don't do Taco Bell to lose weight.

That's hilarious! They really shouldn't be advertising that as a diet. I mean, I like Taco Bell sometimes, but that must be really unhealthy to eat every day.

I only gain weight on home cooked food, done by someone who knows how. On my own cooking, or going out for fast food, I lose weight. Always.

I will say that when I've run out of the house in the morning and have forgotten to pack a lunch, or I just don't have anything the fridge that can transport easily, my lunch that day will likely be a bean burrito from Taco Bell. 370 calories, 10 fats, 14 protein, 11 fiber, all for $1.07.
