i would take him in a heartbeat he is adorable and I already have two chihuahuas who would most likely adore him since they tolerate my bird fussing all time LOL !!! wow especially if he is laid back . You know I have applied to foster some dogs and they said that there is not a need for fosters here . I find that hard to believe that no one needs a foster here. Yep I would adopt him in a heart beat . woo hoo .

Phone lady, I can't imagine any rescue that can't use fosters! I wish I had that problem. Actually I'd never have that problem. If I had an open rescue I could fill it in 22 seconds!
