Aww.. That's horrible! I will never understand how or why people do stuff like that! They are both adorable! It sounds like they are very lucky to have you!
Oh and your female looks just like my first dog, my Chocolate Lab! He was an awesome dog!
Really I think someone was doing her a favor by abandoning her. She had already been bitten up by a larger dog, had mange and other things. I think someone knew what was going to happen to her (it is not too much of a stretch to consider she might have been intended as a bait dog in that part of town ). Sometimes people are afraid to approach the shelters/pounds, so they just drop them off in an industrial area.
Yeah, she's got the chocolate color (with white markings), but that's about it - she's really a terrier, especially in personality !
Haha.. ours sleep all over our bed. They really like to curl up right on the pillows and they like to take up the whole sofa, which ever one we are sitting on! What breed is she? My sister has a Mini Schnauzer and your little girl kind of looks like my sister's baby, but they don't look exactly a like.
As I said in another post, your baby is absolutely adorable! I love this picture! Too cute!
Sorry for the late reply. She's mixed breed. Her father was indeed a Schnauzer but Standard, not Mini. Her mother is the cutest mutt I've ever seen.
After losing our Labrador 5 years ago I finally managed to convince my husband to accept another pet into our home - Here is Bailey -
OMG, how cuuuuuuuuute! LOL! I was about to post a photo of my Bajka at 7 weeks but I'll hold off until you get the sufficient amount of ooohs and aaahs for your puppy.
I'd like you all to say hello to Bandit, my 12-year-old Border Collie/Spitz mix that provided our family with many fond years of mutual love. Now the dog is getting nastier and nastier and routinely charges at us, so we're considering getting him put to sleep for his own peace.
Let me see all of your doggies as well!!!
your doggie looks very similar to mine.
I will post pics of him shortly! ...we think ours is a aussie/border collie/ shelite mix. But some have said he has pappilon(sp) in him.
We love him
I started writting another post and just decided to combine the two.
missysmom
is dixie a aussie? ...she's BEAUTIFUL!
Here's my boy!
We call him cody-roo ...cody, because he's a cool boy ....rooo, because he jumps around like a kangaROO!
he comes to cody, cody, roo, code-man, button, tepot(twenty pounds of terror), code-code, codene, code-red, etc.
