We were told when we got her she was a blue heeler. Obviously, she is not blue. She looks like she has the spots on her paws of a heeler but that's about it. We are completely clueless.

looks like it has some Jack Russell in it. the Blue Heeler looks like a wolf or German Shepard...deff not what you have. Those ears look terrier all the way.

My first thought was Jack Russell too. And Red Heeler? How old is she?
I love those ears!

With those ears and markings I'd say a Decker Rat Terrier or Basinji mix.

What a cutie pie too.

I was thinking basenji mixed w/ corgi (which would account for the longish body), possibly something else as well, good pics to view from and nice coloring, very cute pup(s)

basenji x corgi would definatly give you a similar result but given how rare the basenjis is id say shes either corgi x terrier of some kind...
or my other money would go on corgie x red cattle dog (aka healer)
its a relitivly common mix and judging by some of the pictures here

you might have a winner!

i see heeler in her stance and some of her markings, particularly on her face...

red heeler / blue heeler .... aka australian cattle dog .... same breed, just different coloration....

I think we have a winner......the pic looks just like the OP and that would explain why she was told it was a healer....or Australian Cattle Dog.....and would account for those incredible corgi ears. What a sweet little dog......
