Clearly, if people are approved for this program and allowed subsidized housing, they have shown both a willingness and a capability to make a fresh start...not every homeless person out there is a drug addict, schizophrenic, alcoholic, violent mess. That's the generalization most people make, because it's the picture being painted.

And PETA? Please...don't even get me started !

Most people on HUD Housing have Kids & Dont that care of them.... Dont see how bring in problem dogs will help. Tho IF they want all they have to do is pay the PET Deposits!
