It's true! I've told my husband that if there was every some catastrophe and we couldn't leave the house or all the stores were closed, we'd be fine. Even if we ran out of our food, so much of Artie's food is human-grade. I've been tempted to eat Artie's chicken jerky on more than one occasion! All it is is dried chicken, after all, and it smells delicious.

My son was a not a year old when he learned to walk. I used to keep finding the dog food container open and kept wondering how the dogs did it... but then there he comes (and you don't want your child to walk at ten mos....) running as he always did and took his little hand and opened up the food and got himself a snack... And the container was supposed to be childproof.

We asked the doctor if it was hurting him and he asked what brand and what it had in it. It was without the crap and he said wouldn't hurt him since he liked to sneek it even after he had a talk with mom and dad.

Given the load of sugar most 'kids food' has it probably IS better.
