Poor baby. I hope it's nothing serious. It could be anything. I had a cat that had the same symptoms, but he had gone in the garbage and ate some chicken bones. The shards had irritated his bowels, but thankfully, nothing was perforated. He was right as rain after a short while.
It's just the worst when you bring your dog to the vet and have to leave without him. Then on top of it, you had to see him scream through the exam plus your other dog is wondering what the heck is up. Rough day for sure. Will be thinking of you and your dogs tonight, hoping all works out. Please keep us posted.
Did you recently get a tax refund? If so there is probably a third thing waiting in the wings to gobble up what ever little bit might be left after your vet and mechanic have finished with you.
I just got my state refund- $27. Can't decide whether to buy a case of beer for my mechanic or my vet.
I am waiting to hear that Dazzle is home and well.
