My husband and I do pictures and videos of available dogs for several rescue groups. They have told us it makes a difference when people can see them in action, or not behind bars in a kennel. I love when they get adopted and go to happy families
I've never heard of a rescue/shelter turning down any help. Just tell them you want to volunteer your photography services. I honestly don't think anyone would be upset!
