I was walking my dogs one day on this path. Since it's a path there isn't a road I can just cross. This girl had her very small dog who growled and barked at my dogs. She did not shorten the leash and allowed him/her to continue to attack my dogs. I told her to control her dog...the least she could do was shorten the leash...or just pick the little thing up.
