Euthanasia drug found in dog food prompts recall

I had read of this recall earlier in the week but didn't read the article until just now. So disturbing. Years ago, before I started home cooking for my dogs, I had read of euthanized pets somehow making it into pet food but thought that had stopped with public awareness.
