Recently in Hangzhou China, plenty of homeless dogs are facing the risk of being killed( not put down). All the dogs in that city need to have a license, but some breeders are not allowed to be registered which includes ‎chinese rural dog. All the large breed dogs with a license are not allowed to be outside, the small dog can only be outside after 7 pm to the next 7 am in the morning. Some residents hide their dogs which can not have a license at home( in the closet or balcony), but people with a search warrant will check residents' homes door by door.

I think President Trump should have access to the video posted here, and tell China this has to stop immediately, or all trade with China is off.

This is so heartbreaking, and it can't go on.

Bob.

Yikes! That is horrifying! I can understand needing to rid the city of strays but why not kill them humanely? Either shoot them or round them up and euthanize them. That is really disgusting. I can assure you, Trump doesn't give a flying f--k about dogs in China (or dogs here for that matter).

WARNING to others - do NOT watch the video if you don't want to see a dog getting beaten to death with a shovel on the sidewalk. Not sure how much worse it gets after that because I quit watching at that point.

OP should really post a warning. I'm glad I read this before clicking on the video.
