Ok my one dog was chipped as a pup by breeder, I just had my other dog chipped this past weekend.
The one was chipped by breeder (AVID)
My other dog that I just had chipped with HomeAgain

I never had registration for first dog transferred over to me
I thought I would have them both registered with HomeAgain, I got a bit fustrated when the online site kept rejecting which ever credit card I tried to use.
Doing a google search I came upon 24Petwatch which allowed me to register for free, although I did buy their tags online.
Are they legit? didn't think there were any free lunches these days.
Are they as good as the others that charge for registration?

The first should have come with free registration. And according to Avid, will be still registered to either the vet or the breeder.
24hrPetWatch is free for the first year....They will get you next yr. Didn't the Home Again come with a free registration? I say free...but it is included in the cost of the chip.
