Duluth07-
What do you expect from collage kids?
Like it or not you moved into a neighbor hood that is just blocks from a collage (U.M.D.) and a liquor store.
You make it sound like a ghetto in Chicago.
It's a neighborhood full of well to do kids as poor gangsters do not rent homes and go to collage.

But what does this have to do with road construction?

When a tourist stops and asks for directions, I just look at them and say, You can't get there from here.

Yup! Have told visiting friends that a number of times. To go west sometimes you must go south, west, north, then west again.

Duluth07-

I have experience with Drug Culture. That whole 'Shoes over the lines' theory has been mushed. It's been a falacy since about the mid 90s. Do you really think some college 19 yr old punk has the balls to do that? Every kid I have meet that sells drugs is a tentative, paranoid twit. They sure as heck aren't going to just wear a target on their back and say "look at me, I'm dealin' some drugs!!!"

Either you're overreacting or live by the dumbest drug dealers in world or both... In either case, it's not a bad idea to overreact, because it is your neighborhood (yours, as in you own a home, meaning YOU pay the taxes, meaning yes, it's YOUR neighborhood, not some punk who's mommy and daddy send up $400 checks for rent from some generic suburban neighborhood in the Twin Cities) and.... if they are the worlds' dumbest drug dealers, they won't be around for long.

You can't even go for a walk around the block in Duluth without spottnig one of Duluth's finest.

Real Life Cooperative is almost done with construction. Drive up there, it's a huge building on the right.

Is the road they are building on the end of Vernon Av. just an access road or is it going to be a permant road, going out to a new school that is being built??

That area back there was a vast area with wild flowers, grass, some small creeks located just below Skyline

I went to the end of Vernon about a week ago, the road entrance is gated off with no tresspass, wonder if the whole area back there is now private??
