There are viable solutions...
Childcare too expensive? How about "Dairy Farm Boarding School?" (Worked for me), Parents (?) get 100% removed from 'burden' of children and can concentrate on careers / self / earnings! $20k - $30k spent on SINGLE childcare is more than many Dairy farmers take home yet they raise their entire family (very well!).
The only problem will be when kids come home for one weekend a year and get up at 4:30 every morning, ready to start milking! Their parents(?) will probably want to kill them for waking them up on their day off!
