Unless she can prove that she earned all that gross in the last qtr of the year,else she would be facing a penalty for not remitting her tax in a timely manner,aka each quarter.

THIS!!!!!!!!!! Its increasingly obvious you need a lot more help than this back and forth, post question/wait for the answer stuff can handle. We can only base our advice on your questions...and frankly, looks like you don't know what questions to ask! Unfortunately, you're down to the wire now. If you'd gone to a tax preparer last week instead of waiting on random C-Ders (who may or may not know what they're talking about) to solve your problems you'd have had a better chance to get a ballpark payment submitted on time and avoid some penalties.
