Man, I can't remember seeing so many anchors leave in the last several months. The Big being Nick Miller who had been at KTSM for over 17 years. Then just on Sunday Ashlie Hardaway of KVIA who had been there for only two years. Thats not long after Autumn Sam and Amber Sullins had left. KFOX has lost a couple recently as well. And don't get me started on KDBC who have basically just dismantled their news team from a year ago. Just Sad.But its true as well. El Paso is only a stepping stone for up and coming news people. You do well, then you can expect to move on up and move somewhere else.

That is the reality of that field. That is not a problem isolated to El Paso. Every city is a stepping stone unless you are NY or LA.

Why did Ashley Hardaway leave?? I haven't had time to watch the news so this is new to me!

I think she said she wanted to be close to home, so she will be heading out to the Pittsburgh Area.
