This is untrue.
There have been people sitting at the post offices on every military base urging people to register and to vote for months. You can get a state ballot almost immediately.

Funny, I registered and voted this year and in time...

Next.

This link is to a site where someone posted their opinion like people do on this site.

It is not a news story.

This is from a unsigned letter someone sent to Darrell Issa. Please adjust your thread title and learn to read things before you post them.

Justice Dept. sues New York for military absentee ballot delay

"The Justice Department is suing New York State and has settled a similar case with New Mexico for missing deadlines to mail ballots to overseas troops as part of a new federal overseas voting law."

Impact of Likely U.S. Department of Justice Lawsuit on Wisconsin Election Officials Compliance with the MOVE Act | Government Accountability Board

"the Government Accountability Board has been threatened with a lawsuit by the U. S. Department of Justice (U.S. DoJ) because the Department of Defense determined that our current absentee ballot procedures for the November General Election do not meet the necessary requirements to comply with the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act. We are discussing a resolution to this lawsuit with U.S. DoJ."

The touch screen voting machines as you may know, Diebold (maker of most of them) is solidly Republican.
You may recall that he said that no matter what it took, he was going to do whatever it took to get bush (s)elected in 2004.
