He doesn't have the crazy, old-man appearance like Ron Paul might have to uneducated voters who vote based on things like appearance and age. He also seems to talk more about ending the war on drugs which is another waste of money. I noticed he's in the CPAC straw poll.
I liked him as Governor but I think he comes off too 'radical' for national politics unfortunately.
He wants to make some serious changes for sure. He adjusts his message for different audiences, at times.
Now he's touring colleges & universities, wearing t-shirt with peace symbol, handing out rolling papers.
But he has positions on all issues that always side with majority & he cares about the 100% equally. He tries to spread the message of tolerance & that all groups should have equal rights. He'll listen to anyone who wants to talk. He's a true original, wealthy self-made man that doesn't worship money & is very frugal. Even built his own house.
He's not for foreign wars, the drug war, or class "warfare". He doesn't hate anyone. Fiscally conservative & socially tolerant. I like him very much: fair, honest, hard-working, kind & smart.
I am sick of the R vs. D Hobson's choice, and Ron Paul won't be on the ballot and so I'll be voting for GJ. He is no Ron Paul, but is the best of the current choices.
I hope for his success in all blue and red states. If he is considered radical compared to the status quo, then give me some radicalization!
I'm with you on that. The country needs to realize that Romney and Obama aren't good for the country. They're practically the same.
