Maybe Romney - if he selected a sane running mate. However, given the slate of {R} possibilities, that's a slim chance.
So, as of today's choices, Obama would get my vote.
from pulling up your prior history, my first link is this for you:
"Typical of the Beck, Limbaugh, etc crowd. If they're not told what to think, they don't think at all." (end quote)
it isn't likely that you would have voted republican anyway.
i don't expect the obama supporters to stop supporting obama, nor the republicans to stop supporting whatever republican candidate runs, but i am hoping that the independent block remains free thinking and analyzes the actual results of this presidency before they vote.
we could, indeed, head in a better direction again.

So, because I think Beck and Limbaugh are RWNJs, I am incapable of voting for a reasonable Republican. I support Obama only to the extent that when I see outrageous BS lies posted about him, I refute with FACTS. I did vote for him in 2008, but only because McCain, by choosing Palin as his running mate, demonstrated that he had capitulated to the RWNJs of his party.
As I said, if Romney were to run with a reasonable running mate, I would give him serious consideration. As of now, he is the only R candidate who is not pandering to the religious right.
I would seriously consider Paul but none of the other GOP candidates, since in my opinion the rest are either just more of the same old neo-cons, Perry and Romney, or moonbats crazy such as Bachmann or Palin (if she runs). The problem is I doubt the GOP is smart enough to give Paul the GOP nomination and I and most voters will not vote for Independent candiates since they would be a lameduck President without Party support even if they could get elected. If any of the others gets the nominaton I will be once again forced to the lesser of the evils, in my opinion, and that would be Obama.
