For me, what hurts Obama is he tries to please too many people. He has to decide which team he is on and then stay the course. If he then loses, he loses with dignity, but he will increase his chances of support and thus, winning if he stands up and fights back.

I do not believe the Republicans will take the WH in 2012. It's still early, so we'll see how this evolves.
What Republicans fail to realize is that if Perry wins the nomination, he will have to debate Obama. The debate is going to look like it's between a C student from a so-so university who had an easy major versus the former president of the Harvard Law Review.

get over this "Harvard" crap. How would Obama do in debates against Perry? Possibly pretty well, but his being Pres of the Harvard Law Review isn't the issue. Boy are you impressed with titles aren't you?

perry winning the nom is the best bet for obama.

romney wins, i would actually lean republican if i was betting on it.

if its perry, i'll double down on obama.

perry supporters are just cheerleaders who dont care about policies, because no sane conservative would ever vote for somebody with his policies to begin with.

i have little respect for conservatives who actually would vote for perry on the belief that rick perry has conservative beliefs.

So now you have that all figured out...

What does Obama have for Ron Paul, who has stolen all of Obama's thunder, the young vote?

Only if Obummer has a working teleprompter. As for his 'supposed' credentials......how many have actually been proven?

Obama would mop the floor with Perry in a debate. And why the typical anti-intellectual conservative attitude. The "Harvard" crap? Maureen Dowd sure is correct.

I've seen Obama speak and debate and I have seen Perry do both. Watching Obama debate Perry will be like watching the Yankees play a little league team.

So you deny he went to Harvard and Columbia? And if you are going to throw out the teleprompter issue, then we can say that phoney baloney actor from California was no better than Obama as Reagan relied on it just as much.

Be careful what comparisons you make.

i like ron paul and want him to win it.

im a realist though and know he wont win.

i will still vote for ron paul in the general election, which you already stated you wouldn't, which is why i can't really take you seriously as a ron paul supporter.

in a prior thread, you did the anything but obama response. that means you'll run to whoever the GOP nominates. i dont run with the sheep though.

my money though in an obama vs. perry matchup is on obama to win.
