"The White House announced plans Thursday for the first post-9/11 presidential transition, which will begin before Election Day for the first time in the nation’s history.
President Bush announced a Presidential Transition Coordinating Council that will meet next Wednesday, with representatives of the White House and both presidential campaigns.
The White House began talking and meeting with representatives of Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) and Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) this summer." Source
bush wants to go back to crawford and relax on his 6000 acre ranch. if I were him, I'd be hauling ass too.
Yeah, I remember when McCain went to meet with him at the White House, remember the day Bush danced, he made some kind of remark to the effect that he was going back to his ranch and kick up his boots and this guy would be in charge.
I'm loving all the Republicans screaming "Cheating! Corruption!"
Perhaps you don't remember the last 2 elections?
Don't be jealous that the Dems are registering so many new voters. It's time for a change and people know it, especially the younger voters. Obama knows how to reach people using the internet. McCain doesn't even know how to turn on a computer.
And if by "lack of patriotism" you mean that we will be able to question our government and military decisions without being called traitors- then I'm ALL for it. I'm tired of people thinking there is only one way to love your country.
I foresee corruption all over the USA and lack of patriotism when Obama becomes president.
Is this what the voices in your head are telling you?
