He is a loser, just like McCain was. They think they are owed the opportunity because they have been perennial "also-rans". If Romney is the most qualified and Obama already is in the White House - then we are all screwed. Romney created jobs overseas by shipping ours out. The stockholders and CEO's love him though.
The jobs he created were not all overseas. That is a fallacy. And from the looks of the stockmarket lately, it might be a good thing to have someone they like in the office.
Polls don't mean anything at this point. One moment Romney is the most qualified, another Rick Perry is the most qualified, then Herman Cain, and if Palin decides to throw the hat in the ring (as I know someone on here is dying for her to do) then Palin would be the most qualified
