Some Ron Paul fan took someone else's copyrighted work and altered it. The original is from Citizens Against Government Waste, and the man speaking Chinese says absolutely nothing about Ron Paul.
emilyb's video is actually a pretty sad attempt, they looped the guys speech to make it longer and in pretty good irony at 0:43 when they show Ron Paul and translate it as "In 2012 a man named Ron Paul ran for President" the speaker is actually saying that "they all made the same mistake" spliced from earlier at around 0:19.
Banned indeed, kinda funny that those who spend the most time accusing the "sheeple" of being gullible are quickest to bite on anything coming off youtube.
