Perry needs to take a play out of Palin's book and write his talking points on his hand...asuming he can read.

Peculiar. I don't recall Perry informing law enforcement not to inquire about the citizenship status of suspected illegal aliens.

It's time to pack it in, and I'm glad.
I wonder if his poor showing on the national stage will have any affect on his political future in Texas? I would think there are a lot of embarrassed Texans at this point.

If there are a lot of embarrassed Texans, surely there must be a lot of shameful Democrats. His fail, and it was a FAIL, did not cost people their homes, jobs and decline of a nation.

A large number of Texans don't really care what happens in other Countries.

I still think that all this is an elaborate ruse to get Romney the nomination. I mean come on, Bachmann is horrible. Perry seems like he's suffering from early Alzheimer's or some other sort of mental deficiency. Cain has been spouting off ridiculous rhetoric all this time and now has all these "allegations" against him all of a sudden. I swear half these people are throwing their campaigns just to make Romney look better. Everyone except Ron Paul of course. He just looks like the one sane man in an asylum. I swear I can just see him blurting out "Am I the only one in here not taking crazy pills!!?"

I think this debate is pretty good. Better than some of the previous one. It is a good sign that finally these candidates are copying the ideas from Dr. Paul. Of course, they all claimed this is their original idea. It works because Americans have very short term memory.

Kind of like Guilliano's "a noun, a verb, and 9-11."

And as far as Cain's response to the reference about character, does anybody really believe that that wasn't rehearsed, probably many, many times? It was a very generic response and could have fit just about any question he was asked about it. Not exactly "off the cuff."
