I guess it will come down to ---those he deems to BE OK will not be under his plan but all others better comply or they will pay a huge fine that runs them out of business. Yep, our new freedoms. Get use to it folks.
Those waivers end in 2014. You do know they are not forever "opt outs" right?

Then I guess the unions and all others need to get ready as well. Do it or be run over and fined.

This thread is still alive? THERE IS NO WAR ON RELIGION.

First amendment, maybe. Constitution, maybe. Religion, no.

White House claim that 98% of Catholic women use contraception a ‘damned lie’: Lutheran author | LifeSiteNews.com

Neither Munoz nor Politifact mentioned that the organization that conducted the study, the Guttmacher Institute, is the research institute founded by Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider.

But this is far from being the only missing piece of information, says Hemingway, who calls the White House’s claim a “damned lie.”

Bingo---you do understand, this is a war on all of us, not just religion and Catholics. You attack one you attack all.

Then repeal the emergency medial treatment act signed by Reagan. The affordable care act simply pays for the Republican mistake.

Take a history lesson.

How so? I look at this as the religious right-wing trying to impose their religious values on the rest of us. If you don't use contraception it makes no difference if it is covered in your health plan. Just don't use them.

Since it's been shown that contraceptive coverage adds nothing to the cost of health insurance, the argument that organizations shouldn't pay for what they object is moot.

Moreover, if Catholic churches shouldn't pay for contraceptives, then Christian Science churches shouldn't pay for anything but faith healing.

Republican Senator: Obama Administration Is 'a Lawless Administration' | CNSNews.com

First of all, nobody is taking away women’s health care benefits,” he said. “Any woman in America can get free contraceptives if they can’t afford to pay for them, through county health services, through a variety of places. This is about an assault on freedom.

Insurance NEVER provides anything for free they just up the cost and pass it on to the buyers.

Contraceptive isn't even a huge medical problem like a life saving surgery after an accident or for cancer. Contraceptives are relatively cheap---if you need to buy them---if you can't afford them they are free at some other clinic in any town.

Insurance should be used for big health issues. What next---cover all our vitamins? After all, they are used to keep healthy so why not?
