How is this an evidence that Paul is working with Romney?
Paul is attacking his opponent's records.
Has Paul ever run an ad against Romney? Or gone after him in any debate? As far as I can tell, there appears to be some kind of alliance, or at least a non-aggression treaty, between Paul and Willard. We can speculate as to why that might be the case
Looks like Wall Street is paying Ron "The Fraud" Paul handsomely this year.

If you are alluding to earmarks, you need to educate yourself as to what earmarks are and why we need _more_ earmarks, not _less_. Some quick Googling should make you see the light.
