Precisely because more people drive in the summer and more people book airline tickets to go on vacation in the summer is why gas prices will rise this summer, as they do almost every summer. Unless the economy heads south, the price of gasoline will rise in the summer, this year and every year.

Sure. I would like to pay 35¢ a gallon for 120 octane like I did when I bought my 1968 GTO, but I know it ain't gonna happen.

Actually, we have more reserves than we ever have, along with more production in the shale oil areas.

We get more oil from Canada, than the middle east.

If we had a North American oil alliance, where we use what we pump, oil would be a lot less expensive than it is when traded on a world wide market.

Alliance? Is there where Canada agrees to make less money selling oil to us rather than on the open market? Golly, that sure would be nice of them...
