The party has made its choice so they get to live with it. Its no one's fault but their own that they picked someone that can't and won't beat obama.
If you "hate obama," then why would you vote for him under any circumstances?

Because I would rather see 4 more years of obama than a possible 8 years of romney. romney wins no republican will run in 2016 obama wins both democrats and republicans run and hopefully Rand Paul is one of them.

Well, I can't argue with this kind of insight.

Someone please tell me most voting Americans aren't this ridiculous.

No most voters are sheep who vote for one of the 2 evils even though they don't like either of them, they do it because they get their news from the talking heads on fox or cnn or msnbc. I like to think for myself along with most RP supporters. We aren't sheep who will vote for who the msm says is the best person we vote for the person that believes as we do.

It makes absolutely no difference whether you vote for Obama or Romney, except Romney has better hair. I'll write in Ron Paul.

There's a huge difference between having another Sotomayor on the court vs. having another Scalia on the court.

But, keep parroting your Ron Paul/LP talking points if it makes you feel better.

Whatever it takes for me to become free from the "DC Economy" handcuffs and will allow me to move to a better part of the country (or out of this country entirely if need be)!

So at this point, it's between write-in Paul or Gary Johnson.

If Obama is re-elected, it is not because of Ron Paul. It is because Romney is such a lousy candidate that he couldn't even beat Obama.

And the purpose of the sarcasm is what? Don't take it personally, though. Your comment is only a small sample of the same thing posted by countless others, all over the net. Have a civil discussion with others, instead of wise cracks. Convince others why your candidate is a better choice. That's the way it used to be done. Except we did it face to face. Now it's just a barrage of insults towards others who share a different view than them, while they hide behind a computer screen.

Your comment regarding Scalia and Sotomayor is valid, though. Depending who's sitting in the WH, choosing a SC Justice can change the whole direction of the country.
