The stench of the GOP continues to plague this country and they have been worthless for at least 20 years. Simply watching those GOP idiots in Congress like Boehner and McConnell underlines the petty, narrow-mindedness of this bunch. Romney more of the same. Bush incidentally exposed the GOP as ineffective problem-creators.

President Obama has been a great President considering what he has to put up with from this historically-pathetic bunch.

Obama has my vote and about 100 others I know, including some who voted for McCain in '08. Righties are headed for a big disappointment in November.

I hope that some of those 100 can vote in a swing state.

After all, if everyone stuck with their choice it would be a boring election, right?

So if the Presidential election was going to be held tomorrow, what would be your choice? Pick one out of the above.

voted Bob Barr in 2008, will vote Romney in 2012, because another 4 years of a tyrant in office is too much to bear.

First I don't think this is a scientific poll at all. It's an amusement but that is about it. I voted for Obama in 2008 and will vote for him again in '12 I think a Romney presidency would be a disaster, because we would go down the road of Southern Europe where no one pays taxes because tax avoidence is so easy, austerity shrinks the economy and the debt gets out of control. Besides from cutting taxes on the very wealthy I am not even sure he has articulated a consistent position on anything.

For once I agree with you. Though probably you had something else in mind.

As unscientific as it is, nonetheless it happens to present a current trend that Obama will win.

Since this board leans right, it is a bit surprising that Obama seems to have the edge so far.

I think the rejection of the republican policies should be a wake up call for the right wing zealots, but for some reason, I don't think it will start much introspection.

Like I said in another thread. The GOP should concede 2012, not because Obama is great or Romney is terrible, but because they have disgraced themselves in this time of national need. All they care about it power at this point, and they would love to see us default and unemployment flatline at 14% if it would help them boot Obama. That is **** poor leadership, and we all know it. Now, if they would actually do something good for the country, I think they might have a chance, but none of us moderates see that coming anytime soon.
