In the insurance world that's called an annuity. One pay for cost upfront for benefits later. These are not obscure concepts.

Ugh, what does Senator Obama's voting record tell us? That he can't make hard decisions? That he can't make up his mind? That he doesn't understand complex subjects? That he didn't want to be held responsible? That he wanted to blame someone else?

Oh, that's right, mostly present votes. That's our leader.
