If you care what those cuts are in Medicare (which are actually overlaps between Obamacare and Medicare, like you care) you would actually look them up or click on one of the links in other pages that have shown this.
But we know what you think of Obama, and I have no interest in changing your mind, I just enjoy the laughs.
You know just about every presidential candidate has a speech writer, and every actual president has a speech writer...so thanks for trying.
Of course they do. But not every president (or any president) has used a teleprompter for every little function. Speaking to a room of preschoolers - drag it out. Speaking to a half empty room - drag it out. He doesn't use it for speeches, he uses it to speak.
And while most presidents have someone else write their speeches, most refrain from reading off of a teleprompter.
