The real question to be asked is why would someone other than a completely brainwashed partisan admire Ryan and Rmoney who have been shown to be complete liars?
Do you expect anything different from Obama/Biden/et al during the Democratic Convention? Surely you're not that hacked up, are you?

Default Genuine fact check: Paul Ryan told the EXACT TRUTH about Janesville, WI GM plant!

In his speech to the RNC on Aug. 29, 2012, Paul Ryan described a GM plant in his hometown of Janesville, WI, and said that Barack Obama had given a speech there in 2008, saying that if government supported it, the plant would be there for another 100 years. And that after Obama took office, the plant had then closed.

The usual leftist fanatics have been screaming ever since, that Ryan lied about it.

So, what's the truth?

It's quite simple: It's the Obots who are lying. Paul Ryan told the exact truth.

Obama's Speech in Janesville, Wisconsin - Council on Foreign Relations

Obama's speech was given at the Janesville plant on Feb. 13, 2008. It was open during that period. Obama said, "I believe that if our government is there to support you, and give you the assistance you need to re-tool and make this transition, that this plant will be here for another hundred years."

Obama took office on Jan. 20, 2009. And the Janesville GM plant remained open until April 23, 2009... on which day it closed.

MSNBC’s Schultz and Sharpton Falsely Claim Janesville Plant Closed Under President Bush to Slam Ryan « The Greenroom

The Obots on MSNBC have been screaming that Paul Ryan lied about this plant in some unspecified way.

But it is now clear that the liars are Ed Schultz and Al Sharpton of MSNBC.

As usual.

The Democrats are so bankrupt, so bereft of ideas and substance, that they must now accuse Republicans of lying when they clearly didn't. When it's easy to demonstrate the truth of what the Republicans said.

Can the Democrat party sink any lower?

The left/Democrats would not be fighting back so hard if they did not genuinely think that Romney/Ryan has an upper hand and real chance to win this election. Unlike 2008, the Democrats are now running on fear and division and the GOP is grabbing the mantle of optimism and change.

POWELL: Yeah, I'm a little concerned. I'm concerned at the number of programs that are being presented, the bills associated with these programs and the additional government that will be needed to execute them.

POWELL: We can no longer afford solutions to our problems that result in more entitlements, higher taxes to pay for them, more bureaucracy to run them, and fewer results to show for it. (APPLAUSE)

Fact checking the GOP convention’s second night - The Washington Post

Quote:
The plant was largely closed in December 2008 when production of General Motors SUVs was ceased — before Obama was sworn in. A small crew of about 100 workers completed a contract for production of medium-duty trucks for Isuzu Motors, which ended in April 2009.

Note that Ryan called the plant “locked up” rather than “shut down.” That’s because the plant has not been completely shut down; it remains on “standby” and could reopen if GM production reaches the right level, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

“The plant in Janesville remains in ‘standby’ status waiting for the recovery – and jobs – President Obama said would come with his bailout of the auto industry,” said Ryan spokesman Brendan Buck. “When the president picked his winners and losers, Janesville lost.”

It's good for the insurance business who, otherwise, would not be receiving nearly as much in premiums for people in this age group. Everyone, especially republicans should LOVE it! It's good for families, good for providing health care if needed, and good for business.

Granted...he's not a great speaker that Obama is...but then again, maybe the Romney administration will get things done.
