85% of Americans will be able to vote for this Green Candidate if voting for Obama and Romney are unacceptable to you.

Strong on civil liberties, and advocates getting us out of these wars, without the Libertarian anti-government fiscal policy.

Jill Stein for President

Meh...I voted Green Party in California where the electoral votes were already predetermined, but in a swing state, I'd rather vote for the one who's good but not ideal, considering the alternative.

No. Only in rare circumstance would I advocate not voting for the Democrat.

But this guy is such a backstabber to his base, he crossed the line.

And if you tolerate your candidates crossing the line by, doing some strict math formula that always just votes for the least worst, you are going to be treated like a chump.

You've got to be willing to hit the self destruct button to keep these clowns in line.

Playing completely to your base in politics is not always the wisest choice....look at the state of the GOP these days. I'm not happy with Obama where the medical marijuana issue is concerned, and there is the 9/11 leftover stuff where he had to bend (Guantanamo, Patriot Act), but compared to the good he has done, which any true competitor of his would have done the opposite, he has my full support.

He hasn't done jack.

The only reason his health bill went thru is because insurance companies gained more customers. He's surrounded himself with Wall St lobbyists, watered down banking reform, agreed to cut SS benefits in return for minor tax hikes.

What has he done that you think is so helpful to his base?

They guy has never stuck his neck out and fought for progressive issues in his life.

Really? What do you consider "progressive"? He's stuck up for workers' rights, gay rights, poor people, and the environment. Insurance companies gained from the health care bill...which is why they immediately raised their rates (out of fear)? The Frank-Dodd Act was the first set of regulations Wall Street has seen since Reagan was president. I could go on and on...

He finally switched on gays AFTER it was clear he was lagging in public opinion on gay rights.

He's a follower, purely guided by his career ambitions.

You can go on and on on these trivial matters but I actually know the give and take bargaining that took place and he's never asked anybody on Wall St to sacrifice.

Frank Dodd was a total capitulation to start with. He even refused to appoint Elizabeth Warren to head consumer protection agency because Wall St was afraid she'd actually enforce it.
