Let's just say I would find it a lot more comforting if he had been spotted reading something like the Lincoln-Douglas debates or perhaps Capitalism and Freedom by Milton Friedman.
It is blatantly obvious to anyone but the ignorant that Barack Obama is a Communist, yet so many people still support him. Why?
For decades we engaged in a Cold War with the Soviets to put an end to Communism, a Marxist market system that discourages freedom in favor of the state. While America is not at the same point as the former Soviet Union or the republics of Eastern Europe, it is readily clear that the president wants us to move in that direction.

Obama stands for an ideology that is blatantly unAmerican and against everything this country was founded on. Yet, you still support him. Why?
Consider the following:
Obama wants to redistribute the wealth. This basically means that he favors taking from the workers (haves) and giving to the have-nots (non-workers) through the force of the state. This is not charitable giving, something that we should all do. Rather, this is tyranny.

No, I'm not. I know multiple people who have lived through communism and what I want is nothing akin to communism, you just have no idea what that the political spectrum actually is because you're completely whacked out. Social Democracy is nothing like Communism, because Social Democracy is actually still Capitalist, but why am I wasting time explaining political terms to you? It's a waste of time.
Please explain the difference between "Social Democracy" and "Socialism". It's exactly the same thing with a different title. I guarantee you that "Social Democracy" matches the definition of socialism.

If you are going to make this thread you better know what you are talking about. You clearly don't.
none of this makes him a communist, and much of what you are saying is very biased. I can't support anyone who believes in partial birth abortion, or abortion in the 3rd trimester...I can't support anyone who believes in reditributing the wealth, and I certainly don't agree with anything he believes in, but you are over the top in my opinion. One example: just because he is or was a casual friend of Bill Ayers doesn't make him a commy..do all your friends share your political views? Mine sure don't.
I do find it hard to understand how anyone that has more then a tiny little brain can vote for him, but many feel the same about me...So far, I can't think of one thing he has done that is positive, he doesn't have a clue, he has told so many lies, I think he believes them himself, but he isn't a commy in my view or examples you have given doesn't make him one.
Of course being for infanticide doesn't make him a communist. In the opening post, I added his support for infanticide as greater reason for him being a horrible president, not only the fact that he is a communist.
It would be one thing if Ayers was simply one person, but when you look at the whole, Obama was raised by Marxist parents. He attended school with Marxists, had Marxist mentors, and his policies and statements reflect that. When you look at everything, he shows himself for who he is, as well as his beliefs.
