This speaks volumes about Romney's mentality, and his entitled attitude. He couldn't be inconvenienced to follow the law like the "little people" have to, so launched his boat anyway. Then threatened to sue the officer and the DEPA in order to get the charges dropped. After that, requested the records sealed so he could sweep it under the rug.
The average joe in the same situation wouldn't have been able to do anything except pay the fine. And Romney says he can "relate" to the common man. Pfffft!
What crime did Romney committ? Thats right NOTHING, and your solution to the problem is lets make government even bigger and attack those not breaking laws, just because he happens to be powerful just so you can whine and moan on an internet forum..
Romney felt that his license was still visible and decided to ignore the order from the officer and pay the fine
The entitled snob argued with law enforcement and tried to put his boat in the water after being told not to.
He thought he was entitled.
