I think it was pretty even - Biden came off more personable and warm, Ryan more professional and cold. But I also thought that the first debate was pretty evenly matched, so what do I know?

Talking heads give it to Biden, just like it was. He didn't look any more rude (or spirited) than Romney last week. This moderator had way more testicular fortitude than Jim L. She pressed them on details and only Biden had them.

Ryan made his position on abortion crystal clear, whether or not he intended to. Let's see how this plays out with the pro choice group.

Biden was about as personable and warm as a pit bull.

I think that Ryan lost it at the end of the debate, specifically with this. Biden says that both sides have ads they're not proud of, Ryan attacks Obama. And he did not handle the abortion question well.
