Obama is holding his margins in Florida so this is extremely encourage considering over 60% of the vote is in and Obama is leading. Obama wins Florida and its over for Romney.

That 1% precincts reporting in Miami-Dade is the big "megaton" waiting to be unleashed, either for obama (big turn out) or Romney (low turn out or higher then expected voter percentage).
