Yes. The people have a legitimate interest in a presidential candidate's financial connections and dealings as could be revealed by examining his tax returns. Most candidates agree. In fact, all but Romney have agreed in recent times and it has not been necessary to require this as a matter of law.

Here comes the birthers in 3,2,1...

Obama's high school transcripts blah blah blah...
The only thing worse than a sore loser is a sore winner.

And now that he is just an American citizen, why do you want to see his PRIVATE tax returns? How about you release yours first?

By the way, Romney was NOT destroyed. He barely lost.

If are just looking at the popular votes then yes Obama won by a little.

If you are looking at the electoral votes (which is what counts. Just ask Gore) then Mitt got absolutely destroyed.

I guess most of these liberals can't bother to get a life. Your guy won and the country will be destroyed. Why can't you be happy?

How is the country destroyed? Did you lose your gun rights? Did you lose your freedom? Is this communist USA now? That's nuts.

Maybe if he tries to run again, but as it stands, no, I'm not curious at all.

Actually, yes I did, a little. I am being forced, by my govt, to purchase something. Something that should be my choice to purchase.

Now, THAT'S nuts.

Do you feel your freedom is lost when you are "forced" to buy car and home insurance?

Under the present system, I am being forced, by my government or my insurance company or in my own copays and co-insurance amounts, to pay for people like you who get sick. That's even more nuts!!!
