Trump is just angling for a new reality TV show:

Apprentice - the Search For a VP.

Of course all the contestants are leggy young women. Sarah Palin and Michael Steele will be two of the judges.

Putting aside whether or not he could win, he is clearly the best potential conservative candidate on the horizon.

Not a coward who worries about the latino vote. Not afraid to talk about illegal immigration.

Has a positive wealth-creating agenda, not just a negative one of cutting taxes and reducing deficits.

Doesn't think social security and Medicare need to be cut.

Wants America to be # 1 again (no wonder the libs can't stand him.)

Has a life.

You can talk about him going bankrupt all you want. He's still worth $4 billion.

The `ol art of negotiation....
Did he ever tell you how he was going to do all this?
Sounds like talk, with someone else advising him to make his decisions.

considering how much attention the multiple ted cruz threads are getting and that this thread has effectively died........ i think trump could save a couple bucks and just ditch the exploratory committee.

trump goes birther on cruz and obama

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JORi_fq-JzQ

what i find interesting is that trump claims that both hillary clinton and john mccain questioned obama's eligibility. this is untrue, neither ever did. this isn't the first time trump has made the claim so...... either those around him are afraid to point out that he's wrong or he's intentionally promoting BS.

I keep hearing this from the conservatives and I just have scratch my head.

If anyone wants America to be #1, they should vote Democrats every time.

Unlike the Democrats, he has a record of accomplishment.

I'm sure he'll come out with more details if he finally decides to run.

In the meantime, it's what he WANTS to do that is of interest.

Do the Dems want to secure the borders? No.

Do the Dems stand up for the American worker vs illegal aliens? No.

Do the Dems want to defend social security and Medicare? No. Obama already transferred $700 billion out of Medicare into Obamacare.

As for the other Republican candidates, they are quiet about illegal immigration and they seem enthusiastic about entitlement reform but not as enthusiastic about cutting the $1 trillion a year that is spent on means tested welfare programs for the young.

It's almost funny nowadays to watch "Judge Judy" and see all the under-50 able-bodied (complete with the latest fashions) parents and their adult children living on "disability" in subsidized housing, with the children having babies.

This is what we've come to in this country, and the Republican Party as a whole gets an "F" when it comes to the burgeoning welfare state and illegal immigration.

That's why we need a true outsider like Trump to set things straight. Laugh at him all you want. No one could possibly be more of an unqualified clown than the president we have now.
