Hanitty was in Ky this evening and dedicated his show to Rand Paul. Rand came off more balanced than Cruz.
He touched on his plan for the biggest tax cut in US history, a 17% flat tax across the board for all earned income and corporations while eliminating most tax breaks. No tax on capital gains. Not enough meat on this bone to have an opinion beyond that most people , including the middle class, do not pay a 17% effective tax rate on their AGI.
Also briefly talked about the $1 million ad campaign run by a Republican Super Pac that is not required to disclose the source of dark money.
Paul seemed more focused on differentiating himself from all the other Republican wannabes , than wasting a hour whining about Obama.
Waiting for the fact-check on Hillary Clinton, that should be interesting. I won't hold my breath though. Gee is it a coincidence that both the establishment left and the establishment right have set about smearing Senator Paul? Perhaps their cages have been rattled a bit.

As for lying, harry reid has successfully told lies with not a peep out of the media. The media determines whose lies they will attack and who gets a pass. Obama holds an unlimited pass and HRC has a bonus guest pass with an expiration date.
