The bottom line is this: No one will likely ever know what was deleted from Clinton's server. Barring one of the 30,000 emails Clinton turned over to the State Department being deemed "classified," it's also unlikely she will ever be found to have violated the letter of the law.

Ok, evidence of "intent to deceive" I guess that would be like proving that Hilary "intended" deception by handling her own e-mails,now wouldn't it? Everyone knows damn well that she did,but how does one "prove" that... other than by finding a personal note by herself describing her intent,or a tape of her admitting it?

Yes, he is a habitual liar and a plagiarist. I think he's running for the sole purpose of making the REAL preferred GOP candidate (Jeb Bush) not look as bad.
It's a way for the GOP to paint their preferred guy in a positive light, by comparing him to the atrocious Paul, even though his ideology still reeks of more Bush.
