Hilary is Honest and forth coming?

Rubio actually let's us break from projected back room politics. what ever roll Rubio takesor ask to do it will be a positive step forward. It is time for a change and the DNC had their chance in their Socialist Politics.

He speaks Spanish, but he's Cuban. He'll carry the Cuban vote but he's not going to do much better with our huge Mexican population, who are one of the worst groups for voter turnout anyway. This is all assuming that enough people vote for whoever has the same color skin or ethnic background to matter.

I understand all that..But Marco Rubio wasn't even born until 1971..which is 4 years after the Specific Bill according Cuban Immigrants all those fast tracking to naturalizations and ya know Marco was immediately considered an American Citizen as soon as he gave his Birth Cry to the world...He never personally experienced the plight of any of the other "Immigrants" who had no such perks.

Had this grandfather waited until 1966..to return to USA..he would have been given that fast track and NOT been deported... I have no way to verify that timeline of your description of Grandpa returning and deported..but IF true..SO even Marco Rubio had an ILLEGAL in his family. Kind of makes you understand why he doesn't BAD MOUTH all those illegals, eh?

lol

He's also an anchor baby.

Many of my family members and many of my friends won't trust him enough to vote for him. Just being honest.

He is my choice for president as of right now. The media (both right and left) don't like him at all because he's not a zealot for either side.

He's doing well under the pressure because he speaks from the heart/tells the truth and doesn't feel the need to pander to any base.

I would have said Rubio was a dark horse, but with his (previous) stance on Immigration Reform and some other moderate positions he stated, he will be "primaried" for sure.

What I still can't figure out is his Tea Party stance..LESS Government is best for American People ( hang the rest of those doing the dirty work/under the table cheap labour) ..YET, it's the very Government that allowed his parents/sibblings + himself ( anchor baby status) to remain and have ability to fast track their ( Parent's and siblings) to be naturalize??

So, after his own family's life experience with the American GOVERNMENT having open arms for his parents and family..He NOW want's to suggest..Less Government is necessary for people to reach the "American Dream" status...????????? This man truly confuses me..however, it does explain his initial desire to get some sort of Immigration Law pushed through..

I saw him speak for the first time today and I couldn't disagree on anything he said. He is my front runner for today. Young, articulate, forthright on the issues.
No candidate will hit every mark with everyone.

Interesting that most of the threads here about GOP candidates are about Rubio, fewer about Cruz or Paul, and just 1 about Fortiani
