Walker is definitely a puppet of the Koch brothers. He never talks of anything he will do to help the middle class, just like all Republicans.

I'll connect the dots for ya. Walker balances budget by borrowing and by government subsidies. Tea partiers are against borrowing. Scotty is a Tea partier. Tea party rules apply to others, not Scotty.
