That depends, in your fantasy why didn't he build the wall? Was it because he outright lied in his campaign and didn't even attempt to fulfill his promise (like Obama has done for 8 years), or was it because he tried to do it but was blocked by Democrats in the Senate filibustering any spending to fund building it? Or was it because the House/Senate passed the bill, he signed it but liberals filed lawsuit after lawsuit blocking actually building it?

He won't be able to do anything about the border because he'll be too busy with World War III. (I know Rand said Christie is your guy is you want WWIII, but Trump also has to factor into the equation)
